Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your nexprovalz plan at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of your current billing period.
Does nexprovalz charge a fee to cancel a subscription for me?
No. Cancellation requests are included in the Plus and Family plans at no extra cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Annual plans can also be paid via ACH bank transfer.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. nexprovalz uses bank-level 256-bit encryption and read-only connections, meaning we can view transactions but never move money.
